We cannot recommend cortijo rosa blanca, Rachel and her team.
Since our wedding with you last Saturday the 14th we are still in a bubble reminiscing over the joy and memories we will cherish forever.
For us our wedding day has been years in the making so having it come together seamlessly into everything we imaged and more is a total dream.
We cannot quite put into words how grateful we are that we found such a beautiful venue and an amazing team who creating our special day and weekend with friends and family.
Rebecca was our wedding coordination. since day one she had been so attentive and reliable helping us to organise everything. Showing us viewings and quick responses to emails. Her advice and guidance has allowed us to enjoy the process rather than stress about it, so thank you!
Kimberly managed all our catering. the food which was hands down amazing and all your work running around on the day and late into the evening definitely didn’t go unnoticed!
Olga is the housekeeper and she is remarkable. Her work ethic and commitment to looking after us with taxis, the bbq, setting up etc. was all second to none. Every morning in woke up Olga had already been up cleaning and sweeping.
Rachel did lots of work behind the scenes for our wedding. She helped out on the day which was amazing. although we only met her on the day her calmness and professionalism made us feel at ease and allow us to just trust the process.
To everyone else, the gardeners, cleaners, Chefs, bar staff… thank you! You all worked tirelessly up to and on the day to have everything run smoothly so thank you!
We genuinely wouldn’t have been able to have the day we had if it wasn’t for you all so thank you very much!

With our wedding being towards the end of a very busy season the whole team made us feel like our day was one in a million. They didn't once seem unbothered or tired.
I cannot recommend enough the cortijo to celebrate your wedding day!

Ahhhh what can I say about this amazing venue!! The pictures just beamed timeless elegance but also looked super fun which is exactly what we are after. We booked the venue hoping (and I won’t lie slightly praying!) that it would be exactly like the pictures and after seeing it this week OH MY GOSH it’s a MILLION times better!! The already amazing pictures just do not do justice of the way the venue looks, every aspect of it is so well thought out and designed to perfection. The way you feel the minute you drive up is second to none. And so after all that worry and anticipation about booking a venue before seeing it I can categorically say has paid off tenfold! It’s everything we wanted and more. We can not wait for our wedding here next year and to be back in the beautiful Cortijo Rosa Blanca! Xxx

Now that we’re home and settling back into reality, I wanted to take a moment to thank you and the team for everything you did to make our wedding weekend so special.

From the moment we arrived at Cortijo Rosa Blanca, it was clear that every detail had been carefully considered. The house was immaculate, with gardeners on-site, perfecting the grounds and setting a flawless backdrop for our special day. A huge thank you to Laura for her warm welcome and for managing all the transportation logistics for our guests – it made everything run smoothly and stress-free.

The welcome dinner was a fantastic start to the weekend. Olga and the chefs, you prepared an unforgettable meal. The tapas and paella were incredible, and our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was.

Rebecca, your coordination on the wedding day was flawless. You handled everything with such ease that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. As I was getting ready, the venue transformed - just like a fairytale. Every detail was perfect, and even when there were slight changes to the plans, they were managed so smoothly that no one noticed. Thank you for everything.

Kimberly, the catering was phenomenal! We received countless compliments from our guests, many who said it was the best wedding meal they’ve ever had. The fillet of beef was a standout, and we especially appreciated how you took such great care to accommodate my sister’s allergies. That level of thoughtfulness made such a difference to us.

Olga, your constant presence and hard work ensured everything was perfect for both us and our guests. Whether it was keeping the house in order or handling last-minute requests, you were always there, which made such a difference.

Ending the weekend with an amazing BBQ and pool party was the perfect way to wrap up the celebrations. The food was exceptional once again, and it was a wonderful way to enjoy some final moments with our family and friends.

To everyone at Cortijo Rosa Blanca, thank you for turning our wedding weekend into a dream come true. Your professionalism and attention to detail shone through in every aspect, and we couldn’t have imagined a more perfect way to celebrate. Thank you for giving us memories we will cherish forever.

Now we are somewhat back on planet earth, we wanted to take a moment to say thank you properly.

I honestly cannot put into words how perfect our wedding day was, they say your wedding day should be the best day of your lives and for us, it honestly was.

Everything was perfect, and ran like clockwork - we have been inundated with so many messages of people telling us it’s the best wedding they have ever been to.

Rachel & Becky - thank you so much for all the coordination, for making my dream wedding come true & keeping me on track the day of!

Laura - thank you so much for all your help in the build up, taxi bookings / logistics, it was a life saver having all those things planned.

Kimberly - the amount of comments we have had about the food is insane, thank you so much for all you did on the day & the service team were amazing.

Please also thank Olga for us, she was just wonderful and no request was too much.

Cortijo Rosa Blanca will forever be our special place, thank you for letting us have that. For us, that is probably the only time we will have our full family together in one place and I’m so grateful we got to experience that at the beautiful Cortijo.
