What a delight has been to have Gemma as our planner! We just got married last Saturday and we are still in our wedding high! She walked with us every step of the process, always warm, professional and with a contagious laughter. At the wedding her presence and her assistant's were tremendously reassuring. Absolutely excellent service. Gemma works very well with the couple, never pushing her own agenda but helping you to understand and carry out your dream wedding. She’s very calm and practical, and made our wedding literally a fairytale. She has a lot of experience and it really shows. Based on recommendations from others, we decided to use Gemma as the wedding planner for my daughters Barcelona wedding. She was everything you could ask for from a planner, and more. Extremely friendly, hard working, and empathetic are some words I would use to describe her. Her team was very professional and committed to delivering my daughter and her husband the fairytale wedding that they dreamed of.

We asked Gemma to help us blend aspects of a traditional Spanish wedding with those which we were more familiar with as Americans. She was able to cater to each of the details that were important to us while also suggesting other ideas which we were less familiar with. Throughout the entire process Gemma was extremely helpful in finding the right services to meet our needs while also allowing us to stick to our budget. She was very honest in her recommendations and helping us to understand when it was worth it to pay up for a premium service vs when we could do without it. She was also very accommodating to the fact that this was a multicultural wedding (Hispanic / American). Her strong abilities to speak both English and Spanish ensured that both families felt well informed and well taken care of.

Gemma was extremely flexible when it came to the timing and method of payments. She accepted both credit card and wire transfers and even fronted several payments to our service providers which allowed us to make one simple payment for the wedding.

The most impressive thing about Gemma was her resilience and commitment to get the job done right. My daughter and her husband faced complications with their local church and had trouble obtaining approval by the Diocese to get married in Spain Fortunately, once Gemma caught wind of the issues, she was able to work with both Diocese directly in the final moments to ensure proper approval was in place.

Gemma was so caring and compassionate that we felt more like her friend or family than her client at the end of our experience. I would recommend her services to anyone!
